21 Affirmations to Remind You You've Got This, Even When It Doesn't Feel Like It

Written By: Ambriea Meadows - Fernandez

One of the most impactful words of wisdom I’ve ever heard was this: The sun is always shining. Sometimes, it’s just hard to see it under the clouds. These simple words remind me that even when things feel overwhelming, something better can appear at any moment. They also show the power of words to improve perspective. Affirming ourselves helps restore the belief that we are capable and helps us make it in hard times (research supports this).
