With all these expectations, it's easy to lose yourself in motherhood and forget about your own identity. But it's essential to remember that you are more than just a mother, you are women with unique interests, passions, and dreams. Here are some tips on how to not lose your identity to motherhood:

  1. Take Time for Yourself: It's crucial to set aside some time for yourself each day. Whether it's 15 minutes of meditation, a relaxing bath, or a quick workout, make sure you're prioritizing your own needs. When you take care of yourself, you are better equipped to take care of others.
